History

The Life Management Services™ division of DayOne PACT provides services to advise and assist families, trust officers, attorneys and other professionals in meeting current and future needs of individuals with disabilities by providing guardianship, trust and private case management services.

The history of DayOne PACT, formerly known as PACT, Inc. and Life Management Services™ goes back to 1981. It was founded by a group of parents and others who were concerned with the care of their children after parents or family members were no longer able to provide legal oversight for those who needed this.

The first service offered by Life Management Services™ was guardianship in Cook County, IL. Since then, we have expanded our array of services to include trust, power of attorney and private pay case management services to persons with disabilities throughout Illinois and across the nation.

Today we work with individuals of all ages with disabilities, families, trust officers, attorneys, and other professionals to see that appropriate supports are present to ensure maximum independence with freedom from exploitation.
