DayOne PACT is a unique not-for-profit agency that provides service case management, trust and guardianship services for people with disabilities in Illinois. This service is our Life Management Services™ program. In addition, we function as the Child and Family Connections agency for DuPage, Kane and Kendall Counties. This service works with families with children who are eligible for services through the Illinois early Intervention system.
In 1981, a group of families who were concerned about the future care of their loved ones with disabilities, decided together to start a new organization that would be there for their sons and daughters when they could no longer be. Our founders selected the name PACT, Inc. for this new venture. This name was meaningful to them because it signified a “pact” or agreement formed between families and the agency, assuring that the needs of their loved ones would be met by a caring organization. PACT, Inc. merged with DayOne Network in 2016 and our name become DayOne PACT in order to further extend the reach of our two companies.
Today, DayOne PACT has evolved to meet the changing needs of its clientele. We maintain a professional and knowledgeable staff in order to effectively address the needs of the people we serve.
DayOne PACT is here to assist those who are already facing extraordinary challenges in their lives and to assist them in living productive, supported and meaningful lives.
