What is a Community Partner
A Community Partner is a corporation or small business that has made a commitment to be an annual partner supporting DayOne PACT and its mission to serve over 11,000 people with disabilities. These partnerships are the core of our private corporate fundraising strategy and provide more than just a minimum monetary contribution. It could be service on our Board of Directors or promoting our services to their customers, but each one of our Community Partners goes the extra mile to assist us helping people with disabilities live supported, productive and meaningful lives.

DayOne PACT is proud to be an Aspen Lane Wine Company nonprofit partner. The Aspen Lane Wine Company was created to support a select group of nonprofits serving children and families with disabilities throughout Chicagoland.
This innovative business was started by Bob and Sonya Evanosky and was driven by the transformational experiences of their family including their three children who are severely disabled. As a way to give back to the organizations and community that has provided so much to their family, the Aspen Lane Wine Company will give 100% of the profits after cost to a small group of organizations including DayOne PACT. As their motto states quite simply... “Drink Wine. Do Good.”

Mission Statement
To support mental, intellectual and developmental health, and well-being for residents of the seven townships in INC's alliance by responsibly using these local resources to fund, plan, coordinate, monitor, advocate, educate and lead collaborative efforts for a local system of care that provides services to any resident with mental health concerns, developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or substance use disorders.
