Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services - PUNS

infants, children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disability Lisle illinois and Dupage countyEnrollment in the PUNS waiting list is a very important service that we provide at DayOne PACT.  PUNS is a statewide database that tracks individuals who have indicated various types of support needs due to a developmental disability. It also serves as the state-wide waiting list the State of Illinois uses to select people for services.

PUNS can be completed for anyone in Illinois with a developmental disability who has an unmet service need anticipated in the next five years.  PUNS is for infants, children, adolescents, and adults.  DayOne PACT will complete a PUNS enrollment form for anyone who lives in DuPage, Kendall or Kane Counties - or, Hanover Township of Cook County and has a developmental disability.
